All sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable except as required by law.
Entry to the venue is permitted only with a valid digital ticket issued through the Yas Island App or authorized partners.
Re-entry is not permitted once you leave the venue.

Bags larger than 30 x 30 x 15 cm are not allowed inside the venue.
Professional cameras, tablets, audio/video recorders, and selfie sticks are strictly prohibited.
Outside food and beverages are not permitted.
All attendees are subject to security screening and bag inspection.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, lineup, or schedule without prior notice.
In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified via email or official channels, and refund procedures (if applicable) will follow the organizer’s policy.
